Activation & Installation Guide (PC / Windows)
Before You Begin:
Only proceed with the installation steps below if Microsoft 365 is not already installed on your computer.
If you are unsure which version of Microsoft Office is currently installed, we strongly recommend uninstalling any existing Office version first to avoid conflicts.
Step 1 – Sign In to Microsoft
Go to login.microsoftonline.com
Enter the username and temporary password you received via email.
Step 2 – Change Your Password
After signing in, Microsoft will require you to create a new secure password.
Complete the password update process to secure your account.
Please ensure you store your new password securely after changing it on first login. Lost or forgotten passwords are not are not covered under the warranty and cannot be reissued.
Step 3 – Open the App Drawer
Once logged in, click the App Launcher (the 9-dot icon) located in the top left corner of the page.
Step 4 – Go to Microsoft 365 Apps
From the app panel, select Explore all your apps.
Step 5 – Install Office on Desktop
Click the Install apps button in the top right corner.
Select Microsoft 365 apps from the dropdown menu.
Step 6 – Go to Apps & devices
Step 7 – Download & Install
Choose your preferred language and version (64-bit recommended) and click install office.
Important: You can install and use Office on up to 5 devices (PC & Mac) under the same account.
