Refunds are only provided if a product is not working and we are unable to provide a replacement.

At Keyzens, we supply digital software license keys and account-based products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are strictly limited. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Delivery

All products sold by Keyzens are delivered digitally via email. No physical items are shipped.

Delivery is considered complete once the license key or account credentials have been successfully sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content is exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once delivery has taken place.

2. When Refunds Are Available

Refunds are only available in the following circumstance:

  • The license key or account-based product is not working as intended, and
  • We are unable to provide a functional replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

If an issue is reported, we will first investigate and attempt to resolve the problem by providing support or issuing a replacement. A refund will only be considered if a replacement cannot be provided.

3. Refunds Will Not Be Issued For

  • Successfully delivered and activated license keys.
  • Successfully accessed account-based products.
  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Incorrect version purchased.
  • Compatibility issues with your device.
  • Lost, deleted, or misplaced product keys.
  • System changes, hardware upgrades, or reinstallations.
  • Service changes, suspensions, or policy updates made by the software provider.
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase.

4. Warranty Period

5. Refund Request Process

  • Your full name
  • A description of the issue
  • A screenshot of any error message

We aim to respond within 2–24 hours. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
