Do I receive a physical product?

No. Keyzens supplies digital license keys only. All keys are delivered securely by email shortly after your order is completed.

Do you offer a warranty?

All products sold by Keyzens include a limited warranty from the date of delivery for your protection and peace of mind.

Lifetime license keys are covered by a 14-day warranty to ensure successful activation and functionality. Account-based products may include a longer warranty period, as stated on the product page.

If your license key fails to activate or your account has verified access issues within the applicable warranty period, we will investigate and provide a replacement or reasonable assistance where appropriate.

The warranty does not cover lost product keys, accidental deletion, compatibility issues, misuse, or service changes made by the software provider after the stated warranty period.

Is this a one-time payment?

Yes. Most licenses are a one-time purchase with no subscription fees. However, certain products such as CCleaner and antivirus software may be valid for a fixed term (for example, 1 Year). The exact duration is always clearly stated on the product page under “Validity.”

How does the account-based product type work?

Some products are offered as an account-based product type rather than a standalone license key. For these items, you will receive a pre-activated account with a randomly generated username and a temporary password. The login details are delivered securely via email after purchase, and you may change the temporary password upon first login.
